Process Waste Skid System with Rectangular Process Waste Sump

This tank was manufactured by Kent Stainless in 2024. This is a single contained tank with secondary containment being provided by the surrounding concrete pit. The tank measures 2690mm High x 1302mm Wide x 1302mm Long (106in x 51in x 51in), and included a weather tight concrete pit (bund) cover measuring 2757mm x 3672mm (107in x 145in) which allowed maintenance crew to have walk around access from 3 sides. This bund cover contained a walk on platform and skid system which added 1576mm (62in) to the overall tank height (combined height of 4418mm / 174in ). Empty shipping weight was 3,800kg (8,378 lbs) Overall volume was 3400 litres (900 US Gallons) , with a working volume of 1000 Litres (264 US Gallons) An 850mm x 700mm (33.5in x 27.5in) clear opening access hatch on top is used for entry and ventilation around the maintenance area. Low and High Level Switch sensors for the concrete pit base are also included on the bund cover to indicate leak detection in the concrete pit
